Everything was great and rooms were pet-friendly and beautiful. Great choice of cereals and toast for a continental breakfast.

Had nice stay for a room with breakfast for our one night stay. We loved the room with a fridge, the bed was extremely comfy. Plenty of options for breakfast including cereals and toast.

The staff - some of them were not very friendly.

It was characterful base for traveling to San Antonio, I was glad to stay there. The breakfast had lots of options and cereal and toast were good. Booked a room with breakfast.

Everything was perfectly fine, helpful staff, perfect location right by great restaurants and main attractions and the Riverwalk. The room was well-organised with a fridge and refrigerator and microwave US$ 115.

The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a fairly nice area, short walk to Market Square as well as bars, restaurants and mainly souvenir shops. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

Hotel was tidy, rooms were airy and beautiful staff. My continental breakfast was warm and above average.

Our stay was excellent, airy rooms, absolutely amazing staff. Our room had a lovely bed and a perfect view. We loved delicious breakfast. When it was beautiful outside we relaxed by its great pool.

Overall it's not so great hotel, but with perfect location. The pool area is very clean too.

the whole place was spotless, i enjoyed it, and had incredible staff and location. separate bedrooms and the best bathroom. secluded hotel set in the central area.

Functional and warm enough rooms with magnificent views, outstanding food, knowledgeable staff. I got free upgrade and liked it. Bathroom was best. Handy location, near to Market Square, the shopping center and the market, but the area was questionable. Early check in and in general great service:)))

There was dirty bed in my room.

Comfy and fairly clean hotel, incredibly nice staff and unbeatable location. Satisfactory breakfast, outstanding service. Took advantage of wake up calls, offered at no cost. I used free wifi throughout the property.

Exceptional location, friendly service - overall modern. The room was huge, warm enough and the bed was large. Approachable staff and BRILLIANT restaurant. We both loved the food, it was fab and had lots of options. Early check-in, late check-out. Plus their wifi was excellent.

i loved hotel's pleasant lobby. stayed in great value for money standard room with microwave and refrigerator, as example. staff greeted everyone and were happy to help. its location was comfortable close to the riverwalk.

I find the hotel wonderful, clean and the staff is INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. The venue is in an absolutely perfect position and the airport is 16 miles away.

Unfortunately wi-fi was awful.

I loved my stay, it was restful! I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. Reasonably large bathroom, exceptional staff, what was important for me. Service was outstanding throughout the hotel. Particularly good location, just a walk down to Alameda Theater.

Overall, it's lovely place for exploring San Antonio attractions. At 16 miles distance from the airport. We appreciated the bed, it was comfy. Worth its 3 stars.

Ideal location, relatively near tower life building. Got tidy, spotless room on the ground floor. All staff was AMIABLE, resolved my issues. I had access to easy to access parking, lovely pool.

Such great stay. Stuff where amicable, so I loved my being there. Only 10 minutes walking to downtown. Stopped by Cafe Alameda to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.

So glad we choose it, it's brilliant base for staying in San Antonio. The restaurant was located within 700 feet...
